Fixed cleaning system for flat belts
Our cleaning system KHD F1 cleans the food contact surface of flat belts while it is firmly mounted to the back of your system. It does not use chemicals for this purpose.
The Single Fixed Head System has a quick-change head for offline cleaning. During the cleaning process the steam is evenly distributed over the conveyor belt, where it breaks down the deposits and disinfects the food contact surface. The vacuum function then effectively removes the deposits, drying the belt at the same time.
No interrupted production

The matching steam generator
Each of the steam generators manufactured according to KHD specifications has been designed for the process of conveyor belt cleaning. They have been specially optimized for use with our dry steam cleaners and contain special functions for this purpose. Furthermore, our generators have proven themselves in the entire field of steam cleaning and (dry) steam applications.
