Spinner with turbo-charger
One of the most efficient features of our Jet System are the spinner which have been specially developed for the steam system. Thanks to their turbocharged engine, the cleaning process is massively accelerated.
With its approximately 1000 steam jets per minute, the spinner removes both light and stubborn dirt from mesh belts. At the same time, its plastic discs remain cool and allow continuous cleaning. The spinner are operated with 24V DC and are available in different versions.

The matching steam generator
Each of the steam generators manufactured according to KHD specifications has been designed for the process of conveyor belt cleaning. They have been specially optimized for use with our dry steam cleaners and contain special functions for this purpose. Furthermore, our generators have proven themselves in the entire field of steam cleaning and (dry) steam applications.
